January Strip

I received my second package yesterday for the January Strip hosted by Gail. I'm so thrilled with both packages! The first arrived in very prompt fashion last week from Sheila in France.

I especially love the fancy ribbon. Not sure how I'm going to use it. Maybe on a bag? The fabric I will probably use in my craft room as those are the colors in there. Her package also included a beautiful handmade card I forgot to include in the photo.
The second package came yesterday from Caroline of dolliedaydream. It was so beautifully packaged I had to really force myself to rip it open. But not too much. I couldn't wait to see what was inside.

She included some yummy gummi pigs, sweet fabric and a magazine. How did she know? It's a great one too. I love British decorating and gardening mags, but they're so expensive here.
Thanks so much to both ladies and to Gail for hosting. This has been really fun and I can't wait to see what everyone makes with their strips!
